SHIPPING POLICY

Dropzi KE delivers across Kenya. We also ship internationally for selected products. All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days after payment confirmation. We accept payment via M-Pesa. Orders are only processed after full payment. |
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EAT). Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS once your order has been processed and dispatched.

• Sendy/pick-up mtaani - same-day and next-day delivery within Nairobi and major towns
• Fargo Courier - nationwide delivery to all 47 counties
• G4S Courier - for high-value items and secure delivery
• Self-delivery - available for selected Nairobi locations
International Shipping
Dropzi KE ships selected products to international destinations. International shipping is available to East Africa (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia) and select global destinations.

International Products (Sourced from China)
Some Dropzi KE products are sourced directly from international suppliers in China. For these products, longer delivery times apply:
• Standard international shipping: 14 - 30 business days
• Express international shipping: 7 - 14 business days (additional cost applies)
• Product listing pages will clearly indicate if a product ships directly from China
• You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your order:
• On our website at dropzi.co.ke/track
• Via the courier's website using your tracking number
• By messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number
Delivery Failure & Redelivery
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Customer unavailable at delivery address
• Refusal to accept delivery
A redelivery fee will apply. Dropzi KE will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange redelivery within 48 hours of the failed attempt.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or full refund where applicable.
